The tick is replaced when another plan is opened or a new session is started. Please fix that function of not having to press shift to select another element in the plane Thank you very much

Me too!

This is driving me potty, I use autocad everyday, sometimes all day long.

The fact that a setting keeps changing itself dozens of times everyday, isn't acceptable!

Fix it, fix it now!!

No, I'm not interested in some temporary fix, that involves me entering lines of code that I don't understand.

Just do your job Autodesk, fix the problem!

I'm running the latest version of Autocad, I only installed it on a new Mac last week.

Surely I don't have to install updates as well!

I've installed the update, it don't throw it back at me as not needed.

I'll know in an hour or so if it's worked!

@keithZ2YFM ,

Updates are not installed automatically when you install AutoCAD. It should alert you when new Updates are available.

That doesn’t make any sense, they have to incorporate updates into the latest realease, or we’d all be installing AutoCAD 2010 and a bunch of updates.

Thank you for your help, if it doesn’t work I shall come back for another moan!

Correct. Now you are catching on. That's how Autodesk does it: always has, still does. It's reality. Whether we like it or not.

You can ask for it to be changed here where they look for feedback from us end users and it may happen after 40-ish year, or it may not https://www.autodesk.com/company/contact-us/product-feedback
