upgraded to macOS Catalina 10.15.4 - won't open from dock

I upgraded my Mac to macOS Catalina 10.15.4 and now I can't open Autocad Lt (2014) from the dock.  Any suggestions?

Wrong OS version for your old LT2014: you will need to roll back or start subscribing annually to the latest LT version.
