Unstable Autocad13Lt on Yosemite

Hi

My subscription version of Autocad13Lt on my Yosemite 10.10.5 iMac (only 5 months old) is very unstable - won't stay open for more than a minute. Tried removing and re-installing version from my subscription account but it thinks I have an earlier version of Yosemite than I actually do have and won't finish installing.

I re-found an old link to Autocad13Lt with Servive Pack 2 which does install but is just as unstable.

Can anyone help?

Oliver

It was stable for a while but did the same sudden crash yesterday. Is there any way of diagnosing the crash - could it be the file(s) - is there somewhere I could look for an error code? It happens with different files thought - but there may be layers cut and pasted from one file to another. Or something else

Thanks

Hi Oliver,

I think "sudden crashes" are possible, but I'm not a programmer and cannot diagnose them with error codes. Worse if they are constantly appearing, than the only one recommendation is to find if they are reproducible, e.g. you can reproduce the steps which lead to the crash. Than you can decide what to do and how to avoid crashes with some workarounds.
