Unable to write "space" when text editting

Hello everyone,

I have just installed new AutoCAD LT for mac, and I cannot write space character in MTEXT, LEADER, BLOCK EDITORS etc. My space button works perfectly anyway, the only chance to write a space is to write it exactly in properties (Text/Content). If I write it here, it shows up, but if I want to edit text by double click, I can write any character except space.

Any solution? Thanks

Hi @vojtech4CRNY ,

Please specify AutoCAD LT for Mac version you installed and macOS version installed on your Mac.

Have you installed latest Updates to AutoCAD LT for Mac?

Hi @vojtech4CRNY ,

You need to update your AutoCAD LT with >>>>THIS<<<< Update.

Launch AutoCAD, click menu AutoCAD LT 2024 > Check for Updates. A notification banner will pop up with the latest update that is applicable to the current version. If nothing happens after you click Check for Updates, check the notification setting in your macOS preference and make sure the notification is enabled for AutoCAD LT for Mac. If the notification is already enabled, click the top right corner of the screen to open notification center, and you should see the notification on top of the notification center.
