unable to connect with AutoDesk licensing services

whenever I try and open a file it says 'Unable to connect with AutoDesk Licensing Services. Quit 
and restart AutoCAD to try and connect' This has happened multiple times now

I think it’s worked now thank you so much! I needed to turn on AutoCad on in settings ‘in the background’ on my Mac
