two finger gesture keeps randomly toggling between zoom and pan. HELP :(

After rolling back from El Cap to Yosemite I had to reinstall autoCAD 2014 along with all 3 SPs. however, the CAD behaves very strange when I switch between 2 opened .dwg files or e.g. one .dwg and an excel file in terms of that it randomly toggles pan and zoom for two finger gesture. Before roll-back and reinstall two finger gesture was ONLY zooming. How can I make it back since MBUTTONPAN and ZOOMWHEEL don't do anything at all.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
I think you need to try to reset AutoCAD from Application tab of AutoCAD preferences.

2-finger dragging gesture is for pan by design.
For zoom you need to use:

Zoom In:
- Pinch open
- Option key + 2-finger drag up

Zoom Out:
- Pinch closed
- Option key + 2-finger drag down

Hi, same problem here too, but with the Sierra. Has anyone found a solution? I've done all the autocad updates but nothing has changed.
