There is a discussion group just for Mac users you would be better asking there.

They don't exist in the MAC version; what else do you want to know?

Is there any other tool (AutoCad for Mac) that would have similar functionality? Thanks

Hi Yasmani,

Blocks part functionality of Design Center is inside Blocks Palette on Mac:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-lt-for-mac/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/202...

And there is no equivalent for Tool Palettes on Mac, well there is Tool Sets Palette which allows to use custom commands, created with CUI command:
