Text Kerning issues on publish

I can't find the Kerning (letter spacing) option in Mac, but text set in Windows does retain correct spacing in model and paper space until the sheet is published, at which point the exported PDF has all the letters with kerning distorted instead of spaced.

Removing kerning in Windows/Mac and republishing then make the font looks correct (albeit with not adjusted letter spacing), so sure its the Kerning causing the problems.

Assume bug unless I'm missing an publish trick?

That can mean your PDF driver is not set to capture all fonts, you are seeing a substitution instead.

The font itself isn't an issue, it works fine if I remove kerning but keep the font the same.

I suspect AutoCAD Mac is missing kerning as I can't find the option to set it.

Hi @matt3HHZB ,

I'm afraid it is a bug in AutoCAD for Mac.

Look here:

Thanks Maxim. Looks like a long standing issue. I got around it by separating the letters, fortunately it was just a logo in this instance.
