Student (free) licence of AutoCAD 2016 for Mac available?

I just downloaded AutoCAD 2015 for Mac using a student licence. However, I know that a 2016 version was available, but the 2016 option was not proposed on the web page when I wanted to download AutoCAD for my Mac; i.e. only 2015 and earlier were proposed.

How can I download AutoCAD 2016 for Mac, with the student (free) licence?

Hi @Anonymous, 

Try downloading AutoCAD 2016 from the virtual agent and when prompted enter in the serial number and product key that you were given via email.

Thank you for your quick response. I tried what you said in both via my account and the Virtual Agent. Neither worked.

In my account, only 2015 is available (see screenshot). In the Virtual Agent, when I click 2016 Mac, an error occurs (again, see screenshots).

Can you help me out? Thanks.
