Struggling to get the furniture block when using cad

I'm looking to add furniture into my floor plans but can't find the furniture block. I've watched videos and how to do it but it does not seem to work. I looked into downloading from another website but would rather use the options thats autocad give.

You get furniture blocks from manufacturers' websites, free or paid content on the web, or you can create your own: there is not much of a free library in the program, AutoCAD/LT for MAC is not industry specific.

I've been trying to get the design center up to add furniture into a floor plan. I know where it is but when I click on it it's empty whereas according to videos and posts, that should not be the case and there should be furniture there. 

Can someone please help me, thanks
