First of all, I'm not even able to select "Sketchbook" from your pull down menu.

I renewed Sketcbookpro from the Apple store. Now, every time I want to use it, it asks me to sign in. Not very convenient.  I also find that trying to contact your company is just about impossible. Very poor costumer service.

I posted to the wrong place because I could not find the right place. I did go to https://support.sketchbook.com/hc/en-us but I just get the run around and wanting to sell me the membership I already signed up for. Very, very frustrating!
