restore a window in the layout interface

I will try to explain my problem with a good English.

I have AutoCAD LT 2016 for MAC.

I accidentally deleted a small black window located in the top center in the layout interface, the black window that I mean is the one who allowed you to create "new viewport", access to "edit page set up" and to "print layout". I really don't know how to restore this small black window. 

To explain better what window I have deleted I attached a JPEG image where I underline the window that I don't find any more.

Hi Gabriele,

You need to set System variable PAPERSPACEVISOR=1 to turn on Paper space visor :
