Recently updated to 2022 font (Heiti SC reg) displaying on sheet but not displaying properly in pdf created using DWg to PDF.PC3

Hi! 

I and others in our practice have recently updated to 2022. We use the font Heiti SC regular. This displays when in autocad but once PDFed using dwg to pdf. pc3 the text errors as in the below screenshot. The font is correctly installed on the system, it has been replaced, to check it is not corrupt, this had no impact. Solution welcome?! tried allsorts and had no luck so far. I am on Mac OS Monterey 12.2

Are there raster images attached in your drawings with this problem?

No I don’t think so, the issue only occurs when the sheet has been PDFed within autocad everything displays fine. There are no images in the autocad file other than one png logo which is obviously unaffected by the issue

Have you tried to remove this logo image - temporary - and test saving to PDF?

Detaching this image has no impact on the pdf export/print, I unfortunately still have the front/text issue

Have you tried to change printer from DWG to PDF.pc3 to AutoCAD PDF (general documentation).pc3 ?

Unfortunately I have the same problem with all the pdf printer options in autocad, I have just checked the one you suggested again and still have the same issue

I got a chance to test Heiti font on macOS Monterey, and I can confirm the problem you have with it.
I see two workarounds here:
- use "Convert all text to geometry" option as it was suggested earlier
- find a replacement for this font

Okay thank you for your help, I will continue to convert to geometry and then hopefully there will be a hotfix
