You seriously waited for days with that on your screen? After a couple of hours, unless you are on a very slow dial-up internet connection, you should have killed it and started over again. It's hung-up.

Get your software and install it with this method, keep track of where the files ownload on your MAC so you can start the reinstall https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/software-downloads/previous-versi...

No, I have re-downloaded and attempted to install again and again over the past few days.

I will try this option though. Thank You

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
Looks like the Gatekeeper hangs on verification, so please look at this solution:

Maybe it will help you.

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the forums.

I'd try downloading from the Virtual Agent or your Account

There is an option to Schedule a CALL if the install doesn't work.

Oh and if you continue to have an issue after trying the suggestions made in this thread let me know and I'd be happy to either continue troubleshooting or direct your request to the right department.

Thanks.

Following up on this thread, I haven't heard back if you were able to try the suggested steps.

Please post back in the thread if you are still having an issue with AutoCAD the community and myself will be more than happy to help.
