Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Are you seeing this behavior in all your drawings or just specific ones? Do you have any other applications or utilities running at the same time?

Have you tried resetting your AutoCAD LT for Mac 2017?

Hi @maxim_k,

Yes I found this thread too. It is trickier to respond to duplicate posts!

I am going to do some research on this issue this morning and will post any findings.

Thanks!

Hi, John

I have the problem with all the drawings.
I already resetie the program, did the cleaning step by step, reinstall,
and nothing happens the problem persists.
This is the configuration of my MAC

OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5

IMac (21.5- inches, mid 2011)

Procesador 2,5 GHz Intel Core i5

Memoria 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Graficos AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB
What other solution can you give me?

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous,

I am researching this issue this morning and trying to get in touch with the team before the holidays screw up work schedules :cara_con_una_leve_sonrisa:

I suspect that this might be an OS related issue but I really don't have any concrete evidence yet. I have it installed on Sierra and it works properly.

Can you give me any additional details on how this is failing? Does it merely crash or are you trying to pick a feature from a palette or is it something else? Does it crash if you just start the program and do nothing else?

I have received some advice that changes to Sierra, I will try later.
What happens is:
Open the drawing well, an existing one or a new one, it does not matter; I
start working fine and after 3 or 4 commands selected from the ToolSet or
from the command bar, the program disappears, leaving only the command bar
up and all locked; You can only do Force Exit to unlock it

Hi Jose,

Are you using full screen mode?
If not, than what if you switch to full screen before starting to draw (edit). Does it hangs as well in full screen mode?

Hi @Anonymous,

I have just in another thread that another customer was having some issues also but was able to get things fixed by applying the latest update for Yosemite from the Apple store. Is your OS up to date?
