Problem with view changes when closing block or selecting area to hatch

Hi there,

I use AutoCAD for years on PC and just recently we have switched it to MAC, I personally don't find as good as PC but it might be because I am just not used to it.

I have a situation that I find extremelly annoying and I am hoping it is not how things work on MAC.

1. Every-time I select a polygon to hatch it automatically zoom extends my drawings.

2. Everytime a save a block and get out of the block Editor it changes the view to the base point (0,0,0) and not to the location where I have the block placed.

Is there a setting for it?? Any ideas on how to change it?

Thanks

Your LT year version is...?
You MacOS version is ...?

1) UCSFOLLOW turned on seems to be what you are describing. Turn it off.
2) probably the same as above.

Look up UCSFOLLOW in HELP for how it works and why most of us turn it off.
