I use AutoCAD 2020 for Mac to make construction drawings for a university theatre department. My tendancy has been to draft up the model, and create an orthographic projection in 3 viewports for my carpenters, with another viewport giving an isometric projection of the finished product.
The issue is that, when I export the drawings to PDF, or when I print to PDF, my isometric projections come out like this:
which is strange, because in AutoCAD, they are projecting properly:
(this particular drawing is in perspective, not isometric, but the problem is persistent either way)
My product version is Q.46.M.222 (AutoCAD 2020.3.2), and my Mac is a late 2011 model MacBook Pro with 8GB RAM and an SSD.
Any thoughts? I also welcome criticism of my dimensioning, but I would love answers about this problem.
Thanks!
Ho @Lambie_Bruce ,
