Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

Please specify your AutoCAD version and OS X version installed on your Mac.
Do you have Canon LBP7780C/5480 printing device on your Mac? I mean do you have software for this printer installed in OS X System preferences?

HI @Anonymous, Open your system preferences and rename the printer to something like Canon7780. Then open AutoCAD and reconfigure your Page Setup to reflect the new printer name.

Open a drawing, apply the new Page Setup and then try printing to PDF.

Please post your results so others might benefit.

Please hit the Accept as Solution button if my post fully solves your issue or answers your question.
