Presspull area bounded by helix not working

Hello,

I am trying to use presspull to extrude the area bounded by two helices connected by a line either end, but the area is not probably bounded. I can extrude short segments, but only in the very end of the large radius the helix. I am using AutoCAD 2022 for Mac. Anyone, who knows why this is happening?

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi @sfj525 ,

You can try to use JOIN command at first to create closed object from two helixes and two lines, then use PRESSPULL or EXTRUDE

See attached DWG
