Plot preview not working on AutoCAD for Mac 2019

Hi, I have been using AutoCAD 2019 for Mac for 2 weeks. At the beginning the new small plot preview in the plot dialogue was working ok but for the last few days stopped working all over and shows a black rectangle. Restarting the app didn't work and happens every time. Is there a system variable maybe that accidentally I could have turned off?

Have you updated to 10.14.4 recently?
Do you have Time Machine backup of your system? or some other kind of system backup?

Hi, yes I have updated to 10.14.4
I don’t remember if it stopped displaying the preview before or after the update, that could be the reason?
Sadly I don’t have a time machine backup on this computer to check.

I'm afraid that 10.14.4 update is the reason, I'm still on 10.14.3 and don't have issues with AutoCAD.

The problem is solved by AutoCAD_Mac_2019.0.1_Hotfix_Combo.dmg.

What is the exact error message? Post a screenshot of the pop-up please.

Is AutoCAD for MAC 2019 working at all on your MacOS computer? Can you start it up and show us with a screenshot?
