Plot & Publish Dialog Ghosting

I have noticed you cannot turn off plot & publish dialog and that has already been documented. But, I am seeing a problem where the balloon is ghosting once it is closed. Meaning the area where it pops up is clear but I cannot click on the drawing in this area and I can actually still click on the links in the ballon to open my pdf. It does also prohibit me from selecting the model/layout tabs. See screenshot you can see the cursor change from crosshair to arrow and also to "hand" when in the area of the link. I also notice the AutoCAD window loses focus when cursor is in this area.

Yes, this has popped up over the last few weeks off and on. Narrowed it down to the ballon but not how and when it shows up. Of course it doesn't happen if you have not plotted anything. Happens right after ballon shows up.

Hi @joehovarter,

Thanks for the description and the video but I must be having a slow start this morning as I am not sure I really understand what is going on.

Please tell me your OS and your AutoCAD version. IS this behavior occurring in all files? Are you working on a primary display or do you have external ones too? Can you share a file so I can see if the behavior comes along with it?

I'm on a MacBook air with Mojave 10.14.2 and Autocad is O.48.M.563. The file does not matter, happening on all different files and behavior goes away once restarting ACAD. It only happens when I print and not all the time. The plot/publish dialog will pop up, I can close it or let is fade on its own but as you see in the video it acts like it is still open, I can even click on the link to open the pdf.

I am only using the MacBook Air's monitor. I open pdf's I print with Bluebeam Revu and I have that app on a separate Desktop (not monitor, Desktop). I have even seen the dialog ghosting on top of Revu despite is being on a desktop 2.

Hi @joehovarter,

I am wondering if the Airbook is really up to the system requirements.  Have you tried removing BlueBeam altogether to see if makes any difference?
