pgp file - customization

Dear all,

I usually work on windows (7) with autocad 2017. I've customized the shortcut list, everything works.

At home, I've a macbook pro, with autocad 2019 for mac. I've copied the pgp file from windows, and loaded it on my mac but it doesn't work. For example: on windows, if I tape "C" - "copy" will be activated. On my mac, if i tape "C", "copy" will appear in the suggestion in side of the cursor, but if I choose it autocad says "command not recognised"

how can i solve it?

many thanks in advance !

Hi Andrea,

Can you describe in more details how did you "imported" PGP file from PC to Mac?

I'm asking because in AutoCAD for Mac since 2018 version all changes to the command aliases are saved to the acaduser.pgp file (or acadltuser.pgp for AutoCAD LT).

For AC 2019 acaduser.pgp file is inside "/Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/AutoCAD 2019/R23.0/roaming/@en@/Support" folder.

Hi,

AutoCAD Windows and Mac are using different content structure inside pgp file.

So copy PGP from Windows directly to Mac will not working.

You'd better use ALIASEDIT command in Mac side to edit your acaduser.pgp in Mac side.

Thanks,
