Persistent Seemingly graphical issues

Hello, Just for clarification I'm not the specific person whos using this software im just the system support tech,

I'll just outline the process of events leading up to this point to avoid any unnecessary questions.

2020 Mac M1 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Issue propped up yesterday, got referred to me, this is what i had observed MicrosoftTeams-image.png

Read these threads; https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-for-mac-forum/macbook-m1-graphic-issues/m-p/10091075

Since i have updated AutoCAD 2021 to the latest version restarted the mac,  Observed a slight difference, MicrosoftTeams-image (1).png

Then i updated the mac to the latest software version, issues still persisted mostly black artifacting.

If anyone has any suggestions I'm just looking to get to the bottom of this,

I'll just state again I'm not the user who is using AutoCAD i'm just the IT Tech as such i know nothing to do with this software.

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi @Anonymous ,

In most cases updating AutoCAD 2012 for Mac with the latest Hotfix should resolve graphical issues on Apple M1.

You may try to:

- Clean uninstall AutoCAD as described here:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/remove-mac-products

- Install AutoCAD with original installer

- Update AutoCAD with this Hotfix:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-for-...

- Test AutoCAD
