PDFS CUT OFF BATCH PUBLISHING IN 2016 AUTOCAD

So I recently just upgraded from 2015 LT mac to 2016 LT mac which has been fine until I had to batch publish.

The settings are all the same and the pdfs are not cut off when I print them off individually.

HELP! It's also happening to my coworker and we need this solved asap!

Thanks

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

Can you please describe in more details the setup you are using for single plot and for batch publish :
Are you using page Setups for Layouts?
Are you using custom paper sizes?
Are you plotting from Model space or from Layout?
Do you use Window option for "What to plot"?

Hi Maxim,

I have attached a screen shot of my page set up.

Using Tabliod.

Plotting from layouts.

We have never had this problem before and everything is set up the same as when I had 2015.

We just use batch publish.

Is the Tabloid paper size one of the predefined paper sizes of your printing device?
If yes, my first step would be to crate custom paper size with the dimensions of Tabloid paper and non printing areas (margins) from your printing device. Than try to assign this paper size to your page Setups. Than test batch publish.
Or you can create borderless Tabloid custom paper size and fine tune the position of the Plot area on the Layout.

I am running Autocad 2015 on my desktop and do not encounter this problem.  When I work on the drawings on my laptop (running 2016) and try to batch publish, the pdfs get cut off like zainab.jabri.  If I make the changes like you suggest, will this affect the output when I batch publish in Autocad 2015?

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

I can suggest you to create two named page setups via Page Setup Manager - one for Laptop and other for machine with 2015 version, than you will be able to switch Page setup according to hardware you are using.
