I'm new to autocad and I can't even get past step 1 of uploading a PDF to convert it to DWG. I watched YouTube videos and am following instructions. Every time I try to upload a PDF it says "no objects were imported. The specified page or area of the PDF file contains no objects."

Hi @jmorrisonGSYNJ ,

>>>>>"no objects were imported. The specified page or area of the PDF file contains no objects."

This means that PDF you are trying to import to AutoCAD doesn't have any vector data and AutoCAD cannot import it as objects. The image that you see in a PDF file is nothing more than a raster image packed in PDF format
