Orthophotos on AutoCAD for Mac

I have got a MacBook Pro with AutoCAD 2018 and I often work on mapping orthophotos linked on the AutoCAD's draw . In this case when I zoom in the photos the speed of zooming decrease and I have to wait to see it more close. I want to ask if I can solve the problem thoughts the graphics settings or I have to choose another program , such as autocad 3D civil.

Try this:

Use menu Modify -> Object -> Image -> Quality to set image quality to "Draft".

I try in the way but the zoom in its slow like before . If have you another suggestions I thanks you very much

Are you attaching raster image or PDF file with raster image embedded?
If you use PDF, I recommend you to convert it to raster image (JPG for example with 300 dpi resolution) and attach it instead of PDF.

I have TIFF picture and PDF , can I decrese the quality of the raster immagine ? i using i can Photoshop/ Illustrator for export the picture ... the jpg its good for autocad ?

Yes, JPEG is good for AutoCAD.
Only avoid using PDF with raster image embedded - it slows down AutoCAD dramatically.
