NO VISIBILITY OF OBJECTS DURING COMMANDS

AFTER SELECTION OF A LINE OR OBJECT OR BLOCK I CAN'T SEE WHERE IT IS TO BE MOVED TO AFTER I SELECTED THE FIRST POINT AS THE OBJECT DOESN'T SHOW DYNAMICALLY DURING THE COMMAND. THEREFORE I'M NOT ABLE TO ACCURATELY PLACE OR ROTATE OR MOVE THE OBJECT.

Does it set to Auto? If no, try to set it to Auto.
