Can someone please tell me what the little blue symbol of two squares in my attachment Autocad 2301 and the blue dots at the ends of lines in attachement 2302 mean

I have been using AutoCAD for Windows for years but these seem new to me

Hi,

The first screenshot shows a symbol which appears when you hover crosshairs over an object with parametric constraint applied to it.
The second screenshot shows the points on the objects where parametric constraints applied to them.

BTW this feature (parametric constraints) available in AutoCAD on both platforms - Windows and OS X.
