just opened my drawing that I have been working on for about a month and noticed that the text is rotated to default at 270 degrees. Typically, I would just ignore it but it has become quite the annoyance when I want to actually rotate the text. I have looked through the forum and have tried everything suggested that seemed to work for others including; changing the font to Arial, changing settings on MTEXTFIXED, making sure my display settings are correct, and I have a "world" ucs, and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me with this new issue? I am using a MAC

Please provide an image with the UCS icon.
(UCS = World and PLAN = World)
Consider AutoCAD reset.

Try changing the Direction Control in the Drawing Units dialog and see if it makes a difference on the properties rotation.

That did it! I changed the direction on another drawing, not sure why it went to this one. Either way, that was the solution! Thank you!
