Missing Browser Menu & Quick Access Menu - Student Version AutoCad 2018 for Mac

Hello,

I need help. I downloaded AutoCad 2018 for Mac Student version and opened a new drawing to start practicing but the top of the window is missing the Big Red AutoCad "A" in the upper left corner, the browser menu. Also missing the Quick Access Menu. Please see screen shot. I've tried tips from the forum but nothings working. Should I reinstall? I'm running Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6
