Menu Bar Help!

Hi,

I am new to Autocad and trying to learn to visualise projects for home. I am watching tutorials and everyone's menu bar / tool bar looks different. My menu bar is within the IOS menu bar and not within the program window. Can anyone help me?

AutoCAD for Mac UI differs from the user interface of AutoCAD for Windows.

And as AutoCAD for Mac was designed for macOS, it has menu bar according to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

@jjbennetts You are watching AUTOCAD FOR WINDOWS videos: if you need that level of guidance (where to click as opposed to what command to activate for example), then sadly you have to make an effort to only find and watch videos created with the MAC interface. I will tell you those are very few and far between, it's not a large audience out there or much content.

The easiest fix for your need (if as I described) is to run the Windows variant on your MAC, like this
