Materials editor 2016

I cannot seem to find the material edit on Autocad. I have the student edition and the only option that shows for materials is the browser. Does someone know why this is? And what I can do to fix it?

Hi,

Materials Editor is not available in AutoCAD for Mac, you can use only materials from standard Material library.

seriously....

That really sucks.

guess i will buy a dell.

what other otion do I have? an external rendering program? any suggestions? just learning...

Your option is what you said you were going to do; use the version with the mat'l editor in it, which is AutoCAD.
