Macbook for Autocad - witch model?

good night!

Can someone help me with indications that work best for Autocad?

I reallllllly like this new mackbook model, but the specifications are:

• 256GB PCIe-based onboard flash storage1
• 1.1GHz dual-core
  Intel Core m3 processor
  Turbo Boost up to 2.2GHz
• 8GB memory
• Intel HD Graphics 515

I'm gonna have problems with autocad?

Should i go for a thick mac pro?

13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display

• 2.7GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.1GHz
• 16GB 1866MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM
• 128GB PCIe-based Flash Storage
• Intel Iris Graphics 6100
• Force Touch trackpad
• Backlit Keyboard (English) & User's Guide

I use it everyday, because i'm an architect.

First off, are you wanting to run AutoCAD for Windows or AutoCAD for Mac?  You're posting in the Windows forum.  The Mac forum is here:

Minimum system requirements:
Mac
Windows

I wouldn't get the Macbook for AutoCAD under any circumstance.  It will be sluggish.  If you're doing small 2D drawings only, you might be able to get by, but I'd get a pro model.  Note that the 13" models don't come with a graphics card, so you'd actually be better off with the 15" model.

Hi renanrizzardo, Welcome to the Community!

When buying a Mac for doing architectural design with AutoCAD, I would consider the types of things you want to do in CAD (simple drafting, modeling, rendering, etc). I always try  to get the fastest, most RAM, best video that I can afford and that I am still willing to carry around (if a laptop).

I would suggest that 16 GB of RAM at a minimum, a SSD for sure, and the fastest processor. With this said, if I were committed to the Apple platform and wanted a laptop I would go with the 15" Macbook Pro. The quad-core i7 will perform much better for you.

If you haven't used AutoCAD on a Mac before you can get a trial here.

May I ask, as one Architect to another, why you are not using AutoCAD Architecture http://www.autodesk.com/adt or REVIT http://www.autodesk.com/revit ? Neither is MAC-based though and buying a MAC to run WIndows apps is a total waste of money IMHO.
