Mac Update 10.15.2 installed and X-Ref paths not loading & cannot be deleted

Macbook has just auto-insatlled OS10.15.2 and running ACAD 2019 for Mac.

Since the OS update has been installed, files open with x-ref paths unreadable / unallocated. The missing x-refs cannot be re-linked, as the drop down menus & buttons to do so are ghosted. The missing x-refs cannot be deleted either.

Help is much needed and will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jacqui Alexander,

Have you installed this update:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-for-...
before upgrading macOS to Catalina?

Hi Maxim_K,

Thanks for your response.

ACAD V2019.1 was already installed prior to the Mac OS update.

Hi Pendean - thanks for your response.

I have now posted the topic on the acad-mac forum. I have double checked and acad2019.1 was installed prior to the Catalina update.

Hopefully there is another solution.

Do you have this problem only with one drawing? Or it affects all drawings?
Where are external references? On local drive or somewhere on network drive?

Can you attach screenshot of Reference Manager palette with one of x-refs selected? Which drop-down (button) is grayed out on it?
