Linetype scale issues

I have two drawings showing the same hatch. For example a brick cavity wall with 50mm insulation. In one of the drawings, the linetype scale is 25 and fills the 50mm space. In the other drawing, the linetype scale is 1. How are they displayed differently?

LTscale for both drawings is 5

psltscale for both drawings is 0

I've attached both drawings. I prefer Insulation type 01 as it is more accurate, i.e you can control the width of the line.

Please help,

Hi Paul,

As I can understand, livetype definition for ZIGZAG in the drawing 01 were loaded from acad.pat file, and in the drawing 02 it was loaded from acadiso.pat file.

acad.pat is for Imperial units

acadiso.pat is for Metric based drawings

Original linetype definitions in acad.pat are 25.4 times smaller in dimensions then in acadiso.pat.

That is the difference.
