installing difficulties

Hi-

I'm trying to install Autocad 2015 LT on my mac.

I bought a CD version.

It won't install because it says that Autodesk 360 is open and in use.

(I used to have a education version of Autocad, but I have also been trying to uninstall that, thinking it might be imbedded in that but no luck yet- taking forever...)

I tried moving Autodesk 360 to the trash but I can't delete it because it says it is in use.

I have tried force quit, and the program does not there.

I have closed and opened my computer...no luck

WHERE is it in use?

Why can't Autodesk have customer support?

Help??

thanks,

Megan

Thank you Maxim - As nothing showed as “open” in the forced quit column, I eventually tried another strategy: As it 360 was a cloud-based thing, I disconnected my computer from the internet and then I could “empty the trash”. Thank you so much for your reply! Deeply appreciated!
