I can't save a newly created .dwt to template library

Since I reset my AutoCAD LT to rectify another issue, I can't save a newly created .dwt file to the template library.

When I click New Drawing, the template folder opens, I just can't navigate to it to save my own .dwt files

I can save to desktop and other folders

I described there how to add template folder to Finder's Side Bar to have it always at hand.
