How to Stop Automatic Updates - MAC

Is there anyway to turn off Automatic Updates as everytime it does it I loose all my profile and have to reset everything!! It's driving me potty!!! Im on Apple MAC, Thanks

What kind of Updates do you mean?

AutoCAD for Mac doesn't have an Automatic Updates, it only shows notifications about Updates, you need to download and install Updates manually.

If you mean macOS Updates, then you can turn off them in macOS System Settings:
