I saw an older thread from almost 2 years ago asking about this and nothing came up immediately when I was looking. So in case anyone else is; if you're using AutoCAD for Mac and you're also using an Apple magic mouse:
ORBIT - hold down shift while dragging your finger along the top of the mouse
PAN - hold down option while dragging your finger along the top of the mouse OR hold down the space bar while moving your whole mouse around
ZOOM - drag your finger forward and backward along the top of the mouse, like scrolling thru pages.
