I use "appload" to load auto lisp application on autocad for Mac ,but it doesn't work

please there is any way to open DWF FILES ON Mac?

 LIKE Autodesk Design Review for windows because I did not find this app for MAC OS

CorelCAD for Mac can open DWF files:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/corelcad/id531739324?mt=12

 

You can also try to search Mac App Store for "DWF import"

What specific LISP application are you referring to?

AutoCAD has build-in Batch Publish functionality. Have you tried it?
