Hello guys,

I need some help from you. I am studying - Slovak University of Technlogy and I am working with AutoCad on Mac. I got some homework from University to do some lisp programming. Can you tell me please how can I do that ?? Because VisualLisp and vlide command is not working in AutoCad - OsX version. Or maybe if someone is here really good with it, you can text me and maybe we can do that  somehow together. I really do not know what to do now ...

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi Ján,

What AutoCAD for Mac version do you have on your Mac?
I'm asking, because 2021 version has new feature - you can write AutoLISP routines and debug them in Microsoft Visual Studio Code app, the same way as you can do in AutoCAD 2021 for Windows:

Yes, Visual Lisp functions are not supported on Mac, but you can create AutoLISP routines without them.
Do you have a specific task?
Do you have to use Visual Lisp when creating an AutoLISP program?
If yes, then it is impossible on Mac. If you just need to create AutoLISP routine without obligatory use of VL functions, you can create them on Mac.

They will not work in AutoCAD for Mac as they are for Windows version.

Here is a link to "Getting started with Visual Studio Code (AutoLISP/VS Code)":

There you can find useful information about how to start AutoLISP programming on Mac (including video tutorials)
