How do i divide a line into odd segments?

I'm trying to divide an arc line up every 10m then 5m then 10m, etc.. If anyone can help!

I know how to divide the line to equal parts, just not to odd parts..

since 10 is double of 5, divide for 5s and skip over the 5s when you need 10.

Is  there a way to draw a polyline ontop of these divide points?

PLINE command with the appropriate object snap running should let you manually click/draw between those points.
