HELPPP! Not seeing my drawing!

Hi everyone, I'm having a serious trouble with my model because I can't see the drawing that I saved 2 days ago. The file is on the Desktop and when I look at its preview I see how the drawing should be but when I open it the file seems to be almost empty.
I have a presentation in a couple of hours and I need the file immediately.

Can you help me please?

Thanks

In the attached drawing I can see only objects you posted in screenshot in initial post.
But the name of the attached DWG file doesn't match the name of the file on screenshot. Is it OK?

Yeah the screen of the drawing shows what's in the file i uploaded, while it should show what's on the icon preview.
By the way the name is different cause i renamed it to upload it here, it's the same file.

In the future, in such a case, you can try to use RECOVER command:
