Glitchy bit squares appear when modifying objects or moving objects (photo)

Anytime I delete, move, or modify objects and even hover over tables these little colorful squares appear in model space until I move my view or zoom in or out then they disappear.  I have reinstalled the software and am still having this issue.

Hi Blake,

This problem appeared after macOS 10.15.4 update.
Workaround: Use menu AutoCAD 2021 -> Preferences -> General tab and change the graphics engine from Metal to OpenGL. Then restart AutoCAD.
Test moving modifying objects, the issue should gone away.
