Flatten PDF and layers

I cannot seem to flatten the PDF while going into the plot configuration, unticking do not save layer information does change it, im using DWG to PDF plotter, any suggestions? Can this be done in Autocad For MAC

Just tried on my side (AutoCAD 2022 for Mac) and disabling "Include layer information" option allows you to save PDF without information about layers:

In addition to not having layer information included, changing this to "merge" also helps
