Fillet command cannot work for some objects

Fillet command cannot work for some objects

Hi, I wanna make a R=1/32" corner on the four edges for my cell.

I typed "f" for fillet,

"r" for radius,

"1/32" for the radius value,

"Control" select the edge line,

"Enter" to make the corner.

This process worked well for one brown object, as shown below in pink.

But does not work for my two other objects in blue and green. After "Control" selecting the edge line, and "Enter", nothing happened.

Is that due to some holes on the green and blue objects?

I have attached the dwg file here, and hope anyone can provide me a solution.

Hi Leo,

That is because other two objects are not 3D Solids - they are a collection of Regions and Surfaces - the result of exploding 3D Solid with EXPLODE command.
You need to find the drawing with original 3D Solids before they were exploded or recreate 3D Solids again.

Hi Maxim,

Thanks as usual for your kind support. I don't know why the other two objects are only surfaces but not solid. I used the same method to plot these three objects. Draw four lines to form a square, extrude to the third dimension, then subtract unnecessary region. (Maybe I forgot to Join the four lines before Extrude? I guess not likely for this mistake)

I never used the Explode command, so do not have any Original object.

Is there any easy way to form a solid object from these surfaces in my uploaded file? I do not wanna waste time plotting again...

Yes. See attached drawing. I wrote short instructions in it.
