Fatal Error when opening AutoCAD 2017 for Mac

I have the student version of AutoCAD for Mac 2017 and it was working normally however I went to use it the other day and it came up with fatal error and wouldn't let me open the application. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, opening different files that I know are not corrupted and have read posts about others with the same issue that had files in a read only format but I can't find any read only files on my computer. I have all the latest software and have checked that everything is up to date and compatible both with AutoCAD and my computer. Can anyone help me because I am struggling to get it to work...

I have attached screenshots of the icons that come up when I try to open AutoCAD.

Thank you in advance!

This error could be fixed by resetting AutoCAD: hold shift key and click the AutoCAD icon in Dock to launch it. AutoCAD will be reset, then launched.

Thanks,
Wei
