Export .IGES or .STEP format 2017

Hi all,

I'm in the middle of a time critical prototyping project and need to export IGES or STEP file format

as this is what the CNC machines need to get the job done.

Im on a Mac on the 2017 version but can't find a way to export/save as, to the needed format.

What the best way to overcome this one? Is there a patch out there or something enabling export of  IGES/STEP from Autocad 2015/16/17?

In worst case.. are there anyone here able to convert 6 dwg files to IGES or STEP?

Thank you, much appreciated,

from a bit frustrated and tired mechatronic student.

The MAC versions offer no such export abilities: anyone in your school using the Windows version? Or your professor's computer?

Thanks I see,

I have access to a few Windows computers. So wait, would a fresh 2017 version installed on one of these be able to export IGES/STEP?

AutoCAD for Windows has an IGES option in EXPORT command.
