E-Transmittal Creation Error on Autocad 2021 Mac

When i trying to package drawing using e-transmit, i have a massage "Transmittal Creation Error". Using Autocad 2021 on Mac with OS Catalina. Can u help me?

What "Package Settings" are you using for e-transmit? (attach screenshot)

When you get "Transmittal Creation Error" message?

Where you attempt to save an archive or package folder? Do you have permissions to save to that location?
