Hello dear community,
I draw 2D graphics in AutoCad and send them to my client who prints the exported dxf. file with a laser printer to cuts out stencils from a thin plastic material.
He receives the dxf. file created in AutoCad from me -> He opens it in a programme called ComCut and sends the file from there to the laser printer.
Now, the problem.
For now it happens every time I draw the number 9.
I send my client the dxf. file via email exported from AutoCad, all the curves are perfect on my screen. But when he is opening it in his programme for printing, the curves become edgy. -> AND the laser printer cuts the curves edgy.
When my client enters the function smooth edges in his programme (Comcut), they become round again, the laser printer recognises this and cuts the edges round again. BUT, my client tells me that the laser printer is working for more than five minutes on that one letter then and thus damages the material. Does anyone have any idea what we can do to solve this problem?
I am uploading a photo of what the file looks like on his computer.
I hope someone can help me!
kind wishes
Lilli
